Lea Reyes, LMFT, holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and brings extensive experience in relationship dynamics and mental health. Since 2017, Lea has dedicated her career to guiding men through the complexities of modern relationships, with a focus on understanding toxic patterns and female psychology.
Drawing on her background as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Lea specializes in helping men identify manipulative behaviors, establish healthy boundaries, and rebuild their self-worth. Her approach combines evidence-based strategies with compassionate support, empowering clients to break free from unhealthy dynamics and regain control over their personal lives.
The program was created in collaboration with the ARISE team, building on years of expertise in addiction recovery and relationship therapy. Initiated in 2024, this program focuses specifically on the challenges men face in dating and relationships, providing a comprehensive system for recognizing toxic behaviors and fostering emotional clarity.
